CMC Triggers, which was featured earlier in the Media Day coverage is seen everywhere at SHOT as they had sponsored the badge neck lanyards. I had previously covered their AK-47 Trigger and had a chance to see all three profiles at the show. The AK-47 Trigger is available in Flat, Curved and AK-Traditional Curve profiles and all three will be available for around $220. The feel of these triggers are what would be expected with any CMC Trigger as they are smooth and crisp.
Magpul had a lot to offer at this past SHOT Show with a seeming endless line of new products.
If you run an AK-47, Magpul has not forgotten you this year. They have released several handguards, stocks, and a PMAG this year. See below for the new line:
Magpul has also released the new SL (Slim Line) accessory line.
For those who like to dye their FDE PMAG’s for a personalized look will be happy to know that Magpul is releasing a new color variation called “Sand”. It is a much lighter tone than the FDE that will help with lighter colors being accepted for dying.
The PMAG-D60 is a 60 round polymer drum for the AR-15 platform. It is expected to be released sometime this summer at a cost of $129.95.
Personally, I cannot wait to get my hands on a few of the new Glock 17 PMAG’s. These mags seemed solid and as expected from anything Magpul produces should hold up extremely well.
